The Journey Towards Happiness

Happiness is intrinsic to our lives and takes different forms at RPG. We began our journey a few years ago with a promise that formed the bedrock our new Values Statement, UNLEASH TALENT, TOUCH LIVES, OUTPERFORM, AND .

Our Values tenets clearly outline the path we will all collectively traverse – one that seeks to propel every RPGian to overcome their own limitations; one that will drive each of us to contribute and shape the lives of others around us positively; an organisation where dreams will not be bounded by fences. Tenets that bring joy around us.

“Hello Happiness” our official motto was launched to take our agenda of happiness forward.

Hello Happiness, was a bold statement, but it was one that opened doors to multiple possibilities and endless opportunities; a statement that signifies our intent to touch and enrich the lives of others and work collectively towards a common goal that makes each of us rise beyond our limitations. Most of all, it was a step forward to what we always wanted to be, a truly happy organisation where great work happened because of it.

Happiness is also this place called RPG. It is a place where we meet some extraordinary colleagues, learn from the most inspiring of leaders, and do meaningful work that truly leaves an impact, on our businesses and the lives around us.
