Episode 25

My journey of success and satisfaction in the RPG group began at SAE Towers Brasil, where I have worked for 16 years as a Planning Technician in the Fittings sector. Being hired after just three months as a trainee was a great achievement, especially as I was the first woman to work directly in the factory. This fact has always filled me with pride, because in a way it paved the way for other women to emerge and excel in their careers.

In 2013, I was transferred to the Sales department, where I worked for 7 years. During this time, I had the opportunity to better understand the company's business from a different perspective than production, as well as collaborating with incredible people, which allowed me to grow in my career and hone my skills.

2020 was a particularly exciting year, as I was invited by the company to work as a Contract Administrator on the EPC project in the state of Pará, Brazil. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to focus on project and cost management, as well as working in a challenging and dynamic environment. After the completion of the project, I returned to SAE Towers' headquarters in 2021 to be responsible for the centralized cost structure of all the company's construction projects.

I'm currently part of SAE's finance team, focusing on operational controllership, contributing to improving processes and, consequently, the company's results. For me, happiness in the corporate environment is intrinsically linked to every opportunity for learning, professional growth, respect and empowerment. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next step holds and to continuing to contribute to the company's success!
