Entering my second year at Zensar, an RPG Company, has felt like discovering a second home. But what sets this experience apart? Join me on a journey through the heart of my Zensar experience, where happiness isn't just a word; it's woven into our very existence.

These principles aren't slogans; they define us. I've witnessed their impact first-hand, taking pride in our commitment to client success while valuing our people across projects of all scales.
As the Brand and Communications Manager, I wholeheartedly embrace the power of the #TeamGame. In a world reshaped by remote and hybrid work models, the value of teamwork has only deepened. True happiness finds its home within the essence of a team. Our virtual connections, nurtured through weekly meetings, collaborative mini-projects, and cross-functional exchanges, transcend distance. Our team represents more than individuals; it embodies our core brand principles.
Throughout the year, interactive and candid meet-ups lay the foundation for excellence at Zensar. The prospect of connecting with more Zensarians for learning and idea-sharing excites me. Our achievements underscore the might of teamwork. We proudly earned the Team Customer Centricity of the Year - FY22 and numerous other honours, showcasing our collective dedication. As the Brand Champion of H1FY23 at Zensar, I'm fuelled to nurture a robust community.
Our gatherings, celebrating occasions like International Women’s Day and enriching workshops, illuminate the vitality of teamwork. In-person events such as the Lateral Induction Program and our annual Brand and Comms workshop amplify our collaborative ethos.
Reflecting on our journey, we've clearly bridged gaps and fostered collaboration, reaching for magnificence. This voyage signifies our unwavering commitment to forming robust teams that elevate us collectively.
