Episode 31: Enabling growth through happiness

At Raychem RPG, we believe that happiness is the cornerstone of a productive and fulfilling work environment. "Hello Happiness”, our motto, accurately captures our dedication to fostering an environment that is stimulating and uplifting for all employees. As a member of the HR digital team, I am fortunate to witness and contribute to this culture every day.

I started my journey with Raychem RPG in April 2023, and it’s been a great year filled with ups, downs, and more importantly, lots of learning. I had the opportunity to work in various HR domains, which helped me gain deeper understanding of the business function. HR digital is a new and exciting space for me to explore. I am involved in using digital technologies to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, and promote a culture of continuous learning. At Raychem RPG, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

Throughout my journey with RPG Group, I have come to realise that true growth comes from focusing not only on outcomes but also on the well-being of every team member. At Raychem, I can see the way people are nurtured and empowered every day.

The support and encouragement from my colleagues and leaders have played a crucial role in shaping me. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and experiences I have had here. Being part of this organisation fills me with kindness and gratitude.
