My name is Túlio, I'm 34 years old, I work as an engineer at SAE Towers Brazil and I'm going to tell you a little about my professional story, or rather, about how I made my big dream come true.

My journey began in 2007, after finishing high school. Since then, my goal was to become an engineer, but I knew the path would be challenging. From a humble family, my parents were unable to pay for college right away. “I had to start working early to help with the budget. My mother always encouraged me by saying: "Son, to make your dreams come true, you need to study." This phrase was my daily fuel to make my dreams come true.

I’ve taken an industrial apprenticeship course and got a job as a “minor apprentice” in a large company. At the end of the course, I was hired, and, with a lot of effort, I kept studying, also completing a technical course. As a technician, I said to myself: "The time has come to take a very big step towards realizing your dream."

In 2011, I finally joined the Mechanical Engineering college. Balancing studies and work, I faced challenges and difficult times, but my determination and the support of my family kept me focused. In 2016, with a lot of dedication, I finished graduation, even though I faced difficulties after being laid off due to the economic crisis.

After a few years of searching for the right opportunity, in 2019, I saw a job opportunity on LinkedIn for a Production Leader in a renowned multinational company. I decided to apply, and, after a rigorous selection process, I was hired. It was a fresh start that brought me a lot of satisfaction and new challenges. I remember the first time I entered SAE Towers as if it were yesterday. Sitting on the couch, waiting to be interviewed, I thought to myself: "I'm going to join this company and I'm going to grow a lot here."

Admitted as Production Leader, I soon realized that SAE Towers was a company different from any other I had known. I started on the second shift, at the factory, trying hard and believing in my potential. In 2022, the opportunity came to become an engineer within the company. After a challenging selection process, I was recognized for my work and my story. In April 2022, I received the news I had been waiting for: my promotion to engineer.

Today, I am living my dream with great professionalism and dedication. I thank God and SAE Towers for the opportunity. My family and I are grateful, and we are all committed. I am growing in the company, professionally and personally, I have opportunities and I feel happy. At SAE, everything motivates me. I always want to do my best, every day. I have good friendships with people that I will keep for the rest of my life.
