Summer Internship Program

Every year, summer interns are recruited from premier business schools of the country and given live projects to work on in different functions across the group. As a part of the Impression program, interns work directly under senior leaders and are given autonomy in their work.

Their views and suggestions are implemented and their efforts are valued and recognised. The ultimate prize they vie for is the Arjuna Award, which offers a cash prize as well as pre-placement interviews for the winners.
