Mr. Vimal Kejriwal is the Managing Director & CEO and a Member of the Board of KEC International Limited. Additionally, he serves as a Director on the Boards of SAE Towers Holdings LLC, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of KEC International Ltd and Raychem RPG Private Limited, an RPG Group company. He has over 36 years of rich & diversified corporate experience across industries including Power Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilisers, and Investment Banking.

He joined KEC in 2002 and subsequently has held numerous top managerial positions including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director – International Transmission Business, President – Transmission Business, President - Transmission & Distribution Business, before being elevated to his current position as the MD & CEO. He has significantly contributed in turning KEC into a highly profitable company and has especially been instrumental in diversifying its growth into adjacencies, such as Railways, Civil, Solar, and Smart Infra. Under his direction, the company has bolstered its international exposure and today has a footprint in 100 countries across six continents.

An ardent Formula 1 fan, Kejriwal has followed his passion to Barcelona and Bahrain to watch Formula 1 championships. An avid reader, he de-stresses by indulging in his favorite recreational activity - reading, although his reading list essentially includes management books. Vimal is a distinguished alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management, USA and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), India. He is a meritorious Chartered Accountant and a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also an Executive Council member of IEEMA (Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association) and is the former Chairman of the Transmission Line division of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry).
