Mr Pramod Menon is the Group Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board of RPG Enterprises Limited. He has over two decades of experience across merger & acquisitions, structured finance, corporate finance, treasury management and investor relations.

Prior to joining RPG in 2017, Menon was Director - Finance of JSW Energy Ltd. He started his career with JSW Group in 1994 and handled critical assignments besides leading notable structured finance transactions during his stint with JSW Steel Ltd. He played an instrumental role in the Initial Public Offer of JSW Energy with successful listing in January 2010 besides ensuring financial closure for the power projects. He also led the largest acquisition in the Indian power sector of over Rs. 9,000 crore.

Menon is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

He unwinds by running marathons and indulges in reading books and articles which are a blend of philosophy and management.
