 Kolkata
  • Preparation & Audit of Quarterly accounts, Annual Accounts, Notes as per SEBI and Company’s Act requirements, liaison with Auditors on this as well as query from Registrar of Companies.
  • Tax Audit related schedules and compliances, computation of tax provision-Normal and deferred. Cost Audit related compliances, liaison with Factory Accountants on Cost Audit.
  • Preparation of Budget with complete details, assumptions leading to profitability statement.
  • Responding to numerous queries from income tax department related to earlier years. Liaison with Internal Income Tax Department, External Income Tax Lawyer
  • Should be familiar with ERP (SAP)
  • Work Experience: 10-12 yrs experience in Corporate Accounts of listed company of large manufacturing organization, handling statutory auditors independently & finalization of Accounts.
  • Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
P/Sep07/02 MIS Officer Kolkata
  • Completion of HO monthly MIS & consolidation with the plant MIS(P&L A/C)
  • Preparation of Monthly Corporate MIS
  • Carrying out month end SAP for FICO module.
  • Providing pricing data to Company Secretary for submission to Government Department for statutory purpose.
  • Providing monthly consumption report for stores & packing material to MD
  • Should be familiar with ERP (SAP)
  • Work Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in MIS of large manufacturing organization.
  • Qualification: Graduate.
