RPG has set up Pragati, a premium institute for training front-line staff and store managers. This institute will function as an in-house training department and a center to promote operational excellence in retailing. The institute will provide strategy driven in-house training solutions suiting prevailing requirements for RPG’s retail business.
Paragati will also work towards documenting the company’s retail expertise and understanding emerging industry trends, through research and collaborative participation.
