QualityRPG has always been among the forerunners in the area of quality improvement. The group set up the RPG Organizational Excellence Center in 1998 (then know as the Corporate Quality Center), to enhance quality standards within all RPG group companies.
To match world standards of excellence the center inducted the Organizational Excellence Model, drawn from the EFQM framework of excellence and in alignment with the CII – EXIM Business Excellence Model.
Principle
Excellent results with respect to Performance, Customers, People and Society are achieved through Leadership driving Policy & Strategy, People, Partnership & Resources and Processes.
Frame Work
RPG Organisational Excellence (RPG OE) is a non prescriptive framework based on nine criteria. Five of these are Enablers and four are Results. The Enabler criteria cover what an organisation does (Practices and Initiatives). The Result criteria cove what an organisation achieves. “Enablers Cause Results”
