The company has properties in Chennai, Bangalore and Ootacamund in South India that presently house premium hotels such as Taj Connemera, the Taj West End, and the Taj Savoy respectively.

Operations
The properties are presently operated as premium hotels by Indian Hotels Co Ltd which operates the Taj group of hotels. The three hotels in aggregate have about three hundred rooms with multi-cuisine restaurants. Taj Connemara and Taj West End are five star category and Taj Savoy enjoys a four star status.
