Corporate biggies register highest market cap growth

The Mahindra, UB and OP Jindal groups have emerged best performers in terms of market capitalization in the one year period between June 29, 2006, and June 29, 2007. Among other groups studied, more than 50% increase in M-cap was seen by Mukesh Ambani's Reliance group (68.7%), Anil Ambani's Reliance ADAG (117.6%), Aditya Birla group (93.8%), Shiv Nadar (52.2%), Jaiprakash (102.8%), Godrej (50.7%), B K Birla (91.8%), K K Birla (85.5%), Piramal (63.6%) and the RPG group (58.9%).
