There are 5 Flagship programs in the RPG Corporate University curriculum which are
specifically targeted at Manager and Leader development. These are:
- The RPG Manager 1 - Managing the RPG Way
- The RPG Manager 2 - Managing the RPG Way
- Self Empowerment Lab
- The RPG Leader 1
- Vital Conversations
Every manager and above is supposed to complete these 5 courses over the next 2.5
years at a frequency of 1 program per 6 months. These programs are uniquely designed
to help you build your managerial bandwidth and capability.
