Leadership Development Programme
Leadership Development Program I, II and III
These programmes were designed with the help of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and have now been internalised completely.
Program I
The objective of the programme would be
1. To expose participants to issues that need to be addressed, to ensure cohesion in decision-making across different functions
2. To impart analytic skills and other tools required to search for solutions with an integrated, holistic perspective of the business and organization
The program is residential and the cost of the program will be Rs. 50,000 approx. per participant.
Batch size:
30 participants
Participant Profile:
Managers and Senior Managers.
Eligibility:
- DC-I Identified participants for LDP 1
- Managers and above who are high fliers but do not have an MBA or other General Management qualification
- Managers and above who are slated to move into next senior level management roles
- YEB members
- High performing Managers
Program II
The objective of the programme would be
1. To expose participants to issues that need to be addressed, to ensure cohesion in decision-making across different functions
2. To impart analytic skills and other tools required to search for solutions with an integrated, holistic perspective of the business and organization
The program will be residential and the cost of the program will be Rs. 70,000 per participant.
Batch size:
35 participants
Participant Profile:
Chief Managers and above of the group.
Eligibility:
- Participants who completed LDP 1 - 2 or more years ago
- DC-II Identified participants for LDP 2
- Chief Managers and above who are high fliers but do not have an MBA or other General Management qualification
- Chief Managers and above who are slated to move into General Management roles
- YEB members who have done LDP 1
- High performing Senior Managers/Chief Managers/DGMs/GMs
Program III
Participant Profile:
The programme is designed for General Managers and Vice Presidents and select Sr. Managers
Eligibility:
All GMs and VPs /Others who have attended LDP II or equivalent in their previous organizations
Programme Highlights:
A 6-day intensive custom made Leadership Development Programme for the RPG Group
The objective of the programme would be to expose the participants to skills required to deal with issues that arise at the interface between any two functions. The programme would also attempt to impart understanding of the emerging economic and financial environment.
