Our commitment to our employees’ growth is a passion that runs deeper. It is, in fact, a way of life, built into the very fabric of being at RPG.
We believe in Enabling.

Our corporate OD & Learning team works closely with their business partners to attain this reality. They ensure that the initiatives planned and implemented are a tapestry woven around the individual and organizational needs.

Needs are ascertained through corporate development centres, as well as supervisory inputs. In fact individuals are empowered to seek learning opportunities that they think suit their development needs.

We provide our employees a unique, on-going, curriculum based learning experience that changes pace and content to keep up with their growth needs. This learning process is managed via the
RPG Corporate University which is designed to provide inputs as per RPG Competencies and Values. More than 25 internal training programs and even more external training programs are offered to our employees, through which we are able to hone competencies for employee’s growth in the company.

We don’t stop there. Every program is complemented through videos, movies and suggested reading

The class room sessions are complemented through on-going learning opportunities right at the employee desktop. The result is RPG Virtual Gurukul, our e-learning intervention which ensures our employees continue their learning across competencies.

The employees also have the unique opportunity to listen to interviews and learning messages from the world’s corporate and academic thought-leaders through our webcast tie up with IMD Switzerland.

In addition, we continue to work with chosen academic bodies both in India as well as abroad to further the employee development:

1. We partner with various institutions for a customized Management Development solutions for our
    High-potentials
2. RPG has a corporate association with IMD, Lausanne
3. We sponsor our employees to leading business schools such as Harvard Business School, Wharton,
    Kellog, London School of Economics, IMD and London Business School


A well stocked Learning centre at Mumbai, provide educational videos, books and research publications.
