Objective

This program will enable participants to analyse/extrapolate data and trends in order to arrive at well-informed decisions that have a higher chance of success and that are aligned to the needs of the organization. The program also enables people to use techniques and tools in order to arrive at decisions when data is unavailable.
*** This program runs as a 3 day workshop, followed by 4 weeks of project work and then a 2 day workshop.
