Within RPG there is a value-based ethos of collaboration and cooperation, with employees working together as a cohesive team. An open and interactive approach to problem solving, task effectiveness, and maximizing the use of all members’ resources to achieve the team’s purpose, is paramount.

As an organisation we encourage idea generation, foster creativity and appreciate risk taking with the understanding that mistakes will be made, but the learnings will always stand us in good stead and enable our transition to the next level.

Fun @ Work :
At RPG, we are rather serious about fun! A fun-filled workplace is what the RPG Group and all its companies, strive to provide.

Fun @work has a new name in the RPG Group – ChillZone. The Chillzone was created on the belief that fun at work is a very important aspect of our working life. Since we all spend a substantial part of our lives in office the organisation realised the need to offer its employees a place where they can take a break and do something different. The facility is equipped with a music listening station and video gaming, an LCD television and recliners. A mini library (books and CDs and DVDs) with bean bags, for those who like to read. The pod in the corner is for those who prefer some quiet reading. For the sporty or the adventurous types, there is foosball, a pool table, carrom, a table tennis board and a dart board. Apart from entertainment, this space can serve as a platform for informal meetings and brainstorming sessions. Interestingly, it also has a punching bag to vent out your feelings, when the going gets tough!

Certain group companies have also made fun @ work an organisational development (OD) initiative with processes and event calendars in place.

We believe in celebrating all major festivals together. Festivals like Diwali, Christmas and Holi are celebrated with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. Events filled with fun, games and attractive prizes are conducted by employees across the country. The objective: simple, pure, unadulterated fun!

In addition, important days such as RPG Day (the Annual Foundation Day), Women's Day, Independence Day and Environment Day, are also celebrated with must gusto. In the past, the Group has organised many activities like salsa classes, hobby classes, yoga, movie club and kids' day out. Employees have thoroughly enjoyed such activities and nowadays we conduct few ad-hoc office activities such as birthday celebrations, employee photo contests, joke contests, quizzes, etc.
