The Induction program, apart from introducing the young managers to the group businesses and work culture, had some very interesting activities like the outbound training, where tight daily schedule coupled with some very cool group and individual tasks gave us some important insights into work, relationships, and general attitude towards life. The activities like, rappelling, rock climbing and river rafting while being physically challenging were exciting, thrilling and loads of fun too. Some lessons that we took away from here were: Overcoming ones fears, team-work, leadership, problem solving, goal setting and planning etc. The outbound programme also helped create a very strong bond of friendship amongst all which will be cherished for life. The natural beauty of Kolad coupled with the peace and quite gave one enough time to think over the learning for the day. Over all the experience was great.

RPG Induction was not only a platform to understand the RPG Group and know about our future here, but also to know people from all walks of life who would be joining the various group companies.What better way than informal sessions with the current and the previous batch of the campus recruits and ofcourse with the top management. Knowing their experiences within the organization and learnings they have had, really helped us to form a new dimension about our growth and input in the organization.Energizer games post lunch during the seminar sessions really helped break the ice between the us. As it is rightly said best buddys are formed over dinner and drinks, and what better way than the pub nite and the dinners where we all not only rock-n-rolled but can say was more of a beginning of a good friendship.
