The quality drive has been promoted through QC, CFT, and 5S systems. Many of the
group companies have successfully applied the quality improvement program, implementing
policy deployment through the Business Balanced Score Card (BBSC).
The group companies have initiated the excellence drive by implementing TQM strategies
like 5S of housekeeping, and structured problem solving – CFT, Kaizen etc. These
initiatives help in embedding awareness of quality in all organizational processes;
leading to employee involvement, a culture of continuous improvement and definite
changes in QCD.
