We began our journey towards this in a major way from 2006 onwards, when we started recruiting in a major way.

In 2007 we had 76 summer interns & 64 final recruits who were selected from these campuses. While in the cycle of 2007-2008, we have recruited 100 summer interns.

This places RPG as the largest recruiter of summer interns & final placements from premium Management campuses.

The scope of this recruitment clearly reflects the growth and forward looking nature of the group.
